My download is incomplete or won't repair
Sometimes a download can't be completed because some of its parts are no longer available on Usenet. This isn't a problem with your account. It can happen when a post is very old, was removed by the person who posted it, or was taken down after a copyright notice. Your newsreader may show messages such as "article not found", "430 no such article" or "repair failed".
What you can do
- Let your newsreader repair it. Most posts include repair files (PAR2), which newsreaders like SABnzbd, NZBGet and GrabIt use to rebuild missing pieces automatically. Please make sure repair is turned on in your settings.
- Keep your newsreader up to date. Please make sure you're using the latest version.
If most of your downloads fail, not just one or two, please contact our support team with the newsgroup's name and an example, and we'll check it for you.
