• One internet address at a time. Your account can be used from one internet address at a time. If your VPN switches servers while you're downloading, or one device uses the VPN while another doesn't, the second connection may be refused. Please stay on one VPN server while you download.
• Speed. A VPN can slow your downloads. Choosing a VPN server close to you usually helps.
