Welcome back! You can reactivate your account yourself, and you keep the same username and password:

1. Log in to the members area with your username and password.
2. Click the button at the top of your dashboard: Reactivate my account, or Update card & reactivate if your last payment was declined.
3. Follow the steps to pay by card or PayPal. Your access comes back right away.

• Forgot your password? See I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
• Canceled, but your paid time hasn't ended yet? Click Resume my subscription instead. There's no charge. See I canceled by mistake. Can I undo it?
• A member from our old website? Your username came with you, so you can log in and reactivate the same way. You'll choose a plan at today's prices.
• If your dashboard asks you to contact support, please do, and we'll take care of it for you.
