1. Log in to the members area.
2. Open the Membership menu and choose Update Password.
3. Enter your current password, then your new password twice, and click Change password.

Your password must be at least 8 characters. You can use letters, numbers and standard keyboard symbols, but no spaces.

Important: your newsreader uses the same password, so please update it there too. Otherwise your newsreader won't be able to connect. If GrabIt search stops working after the change, please see GrabIt search isn't working or shows an access error.

For your security, changing your password signs you out of the members area on your other devices, and we'll send you an email to confirm the change.
