On our 6 GB, 15 GB and 35 GB plans, you can download up to your plan's amount each month. When you reach it, downloading pauses until your allowance resets. Our Unlimited plan has no monthly limit.

When does my allowance reset?

Your full allowance comes back each month when your monthly payment goes through, which is normally on your renewal date. Your dashboard shows the date next to Renews. If a payment is declined and being retried, the reset happens once the payment succeeds.

Need more data now?

You can move to a bigger plan, or to Unlimited, at any time. Choose Upgrade now on the Change Plan page, and your new plan starts today with a full allowance. See How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

• Unused data doesn't roll over. You start each month with your plan's full amount.
