What happens if my recurring payment gets declined?

Once your payment has been declined once (at midnight) of your billing date your account will automatically be disabled within 15 minutes. Due to the high security features both our billing agent USAePay and Fast Usenet have implemented, you can not update your credit card information from the members area.

If your recurring payment is declined you will have to sign up for a new account. If you would like to use the same username and password to prevent changing the settings in your newsreader please let us know before joining again.
